This is my post No:400. I suppose you can call it a milestone of sorts.The pictures below were clicked on one of the morning walks from our Home Stay "Rangerwoods".You can see a large variety of flora - tea plants,silver oak trees,cardamom plants,and many quaint and exotic plants and flowers.The pictures will speak for themselves about the unparalleled beauty and magnificence of Munnar.December is the best time of the year to visit as rains are minimal and it is pleasant and cool. You could carry light woolens.

DeleteBeautiful captures on the variety of plants and trees! Love the warm sunlight and green tea gardens... I have been to Valparai, once in December and enjoyed the climate of winter. But I am planning to visit Munnar for the last couple of years, hope at least it happens in 2015
